You know, I could sit here and spend a few times trying to come up with something clever to write before getting to the picks…maybe even something funny…maybe a little bit of both!
But meh, like the Raiders last week, I’m just going to take the week off.
WEEK 11 – HERE WE GO!!
(HOME TEAM IN ALL CAPS)
15 – TENNESSEE over Houston – Does this need to be explained?
14 – TAMPA BAY over New York Giants – There is something about playing the Giants that just may give Tom Brady a little extra motivation…well maybe two things.
13 – CLEVELAND over Detroit – Cleveland is in desperate need of a team that can celebrate a tie.
12 – LOS ANGELES CHARGERS over Pittsburgh – The Steelers tied last week…to the Lions…that is all.
11 – SEATTLE over Arizona – One more week of injury problems for the Cardinals before they right the ship after their bye week next week.
10 – New England over ATLANTA – Mac Jones is slowly becoming the best quarterback in the 2021 Draft Class…at least for this season. (side note – proud of myself for writing something here other than a 28-3 reference!)
9 – Baltimore over CHICAGO – Bears fans, a win isn’t the most important thing that can happen at Soldier Field this week…Justin Fields paying more attention to Lamar Jackson than Matt Nagy is!
8 – Cincinnati over LAS VEGAS – Hot start to the season followed by a dismal playoff chances killing end to the season…Raiders fans have seen this before.
7 – CAROLINA over Washington – It’s safe to say that Cam gives the Panthers a little extra boost. My BOLD PREDICTION for this week is THE PANTHERS WILL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS THIS SEASON.
6 – San Francisco over JACKSONVILLE – Just because the Jags beat the Bills in their last home game doesn’t mean you should have any confidence that they can beat another solid team.
5 – KANSAS CITY over Dallas – Welcome back to the league Mr. Mahomes.
4 – PHILADELPHIA over New Orleans – Remember when this could have been an NFC Championship preview just a few years ago…yeah…not anymore.
3 – Green Bay over MINNESOTA – He may have an issue with the front office, but Aaron Rodgers will play his heart out for the city/state that will blindly treat him like a God.
2 – BUFFALO over Indianapolis – You would think the Bills should be higher on this list, but Jonathan Taylor is playing like he alone can beat anyone.
1 – NEW YORK JETS over Miami – I would say that someone has to win this game, but the Steelers and Lions have reminded us that this isn’t always the case.
