We finally made it to Week 1! Football starts this week with the Texans @ Chiefs on Thursday night and I will be just one of millions waiting for the kickoff - beer in hand - that signals the start of the fantasy football season. This is going to be a tricky one, with flexible COVID-19 IR slots and constant testing at the forefront of the discussion, but that's all the more reason to be deep in research and statistics as we start the season. The 2020 NFL season starts next Thursay night. And in a time when many sporting events are simply canceled outright, we can certainly expect a bumpier ride this year than in the past. It's going to be a bumpy ride... yeah, alright - fine with me, doesn't mean we can't enjoy it! The 2020 NFL season will likely be even more chaotic than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we're plowing forward with our site's continued weekly rankings, fantasy advice, and podcast. Lineup decisions, waiver moves, trades, and other integral parts of the fantasy season are going to require a lot of finesse and here at drinkfive we hope to provide you with a roadmap for these tough calls each week.

Is LeSean McCoy a valuable piece of the Tampa Bay offense or was he just hired as a veteran presence in the locker room? The 2020 NFL season looks like it's going to be full of twists and turns related to the COVID-19 pandemic but - as of now - the show will still go on! We didn't have much dynasty coverage over the past several years, but I personally play in a few dynasty leagues and have been on top of rankings for all positions (as well as incoming rookies) before the start of each new season.
