In the majority of playoff challenge leagues there is only one draft at the beginning of the playoffs which will determine the guys that start 'Best Ball' style for the rest of the year and so your primary strategy should be to select high-ranking players from teams that you think will play the most amount of games in the post-season.

It is always very difficult to determine who will win positional camp battles and what rookies and second-year players will break out, etc, until later in the preseason, but to this point I am very high on Alexander Mattison, Christian Kirk, and Diontae Johnson vs. their current ADPs.
