Fantasy football strategy, rankings, and podcasts

This week we're kicking off the 2023 season of fantasy football podcasts while on vacation - we'll chat about some players that we have ranked higher or lower than the expert consensus ranking at FantasyPros.com, and play a little game to see if folks can identify NFL players without their helmets on! My weekly rankings ended up at #6 overall for the in-season competition at FantasyPros! See the Expert Accuracy rankings at FantasyPros.com. It is always very difficult to determine who will win positional camp battles and what rookies and second-year players will break out, etc, until later in the preseason, but to this point I am very high on Alexander Mattison, Christian Kirk, and Diontae Johnson vs. their current ADPs. In the majority of playoff challenge leagues there is only one draft at the beginning of the playoffs which will determine the guys that start 'Best Ball' style for the rest of the year and so your primary strategy should be to select high-ranking players from teams that you think will play the most amount of games in the post-season.
